River Systems NEBULA® Automatic Incubator Humidification Unit

The NEBULA® is a patented humidification technology which achieves highly accurate and fluctuation-free humidity levels during incubation. It is designed to fit the new range of ET incubators but can be fitted to other brands of incubator too.

The NEBULA® consists of a 2-litre tank, combined with an ultrasonic generator which atomises the water into droplets without the use of heat. The misted water travels down the tube into the incubation chamber where it fully evaporates into the air and is circulated by the incubator fan.

Unlike other humidity systems, the NEBULA® is far less affected by external humidity fluctuations in the incubation room. The NEBULA® features an inbuilt sensor probe that is able to detect the tiniest of humidity changes, to adjust the humidity flow. This means that rather than 'maintaining an average' humidity level over time, the NEBULA® system keeps the level precisely set, with no lag-time.

A flexible hose connects the NEBULA® to the incubator and transports the microscopic droplets made by the ultrasonic system. The hose is connected to the incubator lid. This connection and the included nut link the NEBULA® to every type of incubator through a ø23mm hole.
